电池及蓄电池环境责任组织
根据欧盟通过的最新电池法案UE 2023/1542，首次将电池以商业目的投放到欧盟（波兰）市场的经济运营商（指生产商、进口商或分销商）应承担该国环境责任及生产者延伸责任（EPR）并对废弃电池进行管理。公司可以自行履行这些义务，或通过生产者责任组织 (PRO) 履行。通过授权 SRS Group作为您的 PRO，我们提供：
- 企业注册——您的企业将依照法律要求被注册于“国家产品和包装数据库”，即BDO
- 代表您的企业履行波兰本地环境责任，包括BDO申报，并通过我们的非政府环境组织开展相关的公共教育活动

废旧电子电气设备（WEEE）环境责任授权代理
根据波兰《废旧电子电气设备法案》（Dz. U. 2015 poz. 1688），在波兰没有注册办事处但在波兰境内分销或直接销售其电子电气产品的企业，应按照该法案履行其在波境内环境责任。这些公司有权在波兰任命一名代表来以公司名义履行这些职责。授权 SRS 作为您的代表可确保：

什么是BDO？哪些企业有义务在BDO中注册及申报？
BDO 是一个包含产品、包装和废物信息的数据库。其目的是加强废物管理，打击灰色地带和非法填埋，并提高废物回收再利用水平。
在 BDO 系统中注册及申报的义务适用于以下类型企业：
- 向波兰销售包装产品、轮胎、润滑油、车辆、电池或蓄电池以及电气和电子设备的企业
- 在波兰境内产生废物的企业

CO2 foodprint calculations
Carbon footprint is an environmental indicator measuring the impact of an organization (within its operations) or a product (within its life cycle) on climate change. Carbon footprint calculation is becoming a legislative obligation due to the European and national climate commitments (EU Taxonomy in the context of ESG reporting, CSRD, SFDR, Fit for 55, etc.), financial sector requirements, as well as increasing pressure from customers and consumers. It is also necessary in developing an effective decarbonization strategy.
Calculating the carbon footprint of a company and its products is complex and time-consuming activity and for this reason it’s recommended to either build solid competencies within the company or for the service to be outsourced. Incorrect CO2 assessment will result in subsequent problems with reporting and developing an effective decarbonization strategy, as well as an increase in costs related to the use of environmental resources and services. Carbon footprint consists not only of direct emissions, but also the emissions generated throughout the value chain (scope 3), which pose the greatest challenge in terms of calculating and reporting.
SRS Group can determine your organization’s emissions in the Scope 1, 2, and 3. To calculate the carbon footprint, we use a methodology based on the GHG Protocol and, in the case of a product, the LCA – Life Cycle Assessment method. It is crucial to identify and understand all processes taking place within the life cycle of a given product, both in the phase of obtaining raw materials, the production process and in the final phase of the life cycle related to waste management. We provide the inventory in a format that is easy for you to maintain year over year. Our experts help you define which Scope 3 categories are material to your organization then they employ the best calculation method to build the inventory for each category. Once you have your GHG inventory, we help you understand the full climate change impact throughout your value chain and can support with identification of strategies for emissions reduction.
